curviate notification list

List the connected account's notification cards, newest first, plus the unread badge and a poll watermark.

`--filter`	string	no	Which notification stream to read (default all): all \| jobs \| mentions \| my_posts \| my_posts_comments \| my_posts_reactions \| my_posts_reposts.

Also accepts these global flags: --api-key, --profile, --account, --base-url, --timeout, --json, --fields, --limit, --cursor, --all, --max-pages, --page-delay, --verbose, --beta.
