curviate enrollment resume
Without --at: lift your own pause; the Enrollment continues where it was. With --at: jump to that Step of its Sequence version. The jump is not guarded: it re-enters the Step even when that Step already sent, so a message can go out again. To retry a failed Step use curviate enrollment retry <enrollment_id>, which acts only on a failure.
