curviate contact lists combine

Create a new Contact list from other lists: the Contacts in any of them (--list a --list b), in all of them (--list-match all), minus those in some others (--not-list). Any other filter flag narrows it too. The new list holds the Contacts that match now; it does not follow later changes to the source lists. Needs Automate.
