curviate team update

Rename the Team, or name the Owner whose email receives invoices. Owners only.

Flags

`--name`	string	no	The Team's new name, 1 to 80 characters.
`--billing-owner`	string	no	An Owner of this Team (usr_...) who receives the invoices.

Also accepts these global flags: --api-key, --profile, --account, --team, --base-url, --timeout, --json, --fields, --preview, --verbose, --beta.
