One do-not-contact entry: the person, the reason, and who added it.

Arguments

`id`	yes	Entry id (dnc_...), from `curviate do-not-contact list`.

Also accepts these global flags: --api-key, --profile, --account, --team, --base-url, --timeout, --json, --fields, --verbose, --beta.
